Wiener Miso

Fresh from Austria, Wiener Miso supplies handmade miso paste and soy sauce to fine dining restaurants and all lovers of Japanese cuisine. Local ingredients are used and the ancient tradition of fermentation is followed to create an authentic product. I was commissioned to design two wrapping papers for the packaging of the jars and bottles, illustrating the process of making miso and soy sauce (shoyu).
