The calendar is filled with 12 stories of people whose starting conditions in life were really bad and who had to jump over a lot of stones. Kim says in the interview: “I often still end up crying because it all becomes too much for me… At home, I turn up the music, sing along loudly and dance around my apartment.” Her story leaves me with great respect for the fact that Kim never gave up believing in a better life under all these circumstances.

The calendar is a project by Klückskinder, supporting children in foster and care homes.
